Juliana C Aiken

Dr Juliana C-Aiken is a positive, friendly, and multi- disciplined practitioner who practices Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine & Tuina.
Her treatment philosophy is to balance the function of the internal organs, to improve her patients' quality of life and enable them to return to health and everyday activities.
She is knowledgeable in cancer treatment support, general emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia and infertility and women’s issues. Juliana also has a special interest in the management of acute and chronic body pain, cancer pain management, digestive issues, low immunity, cosmetic acupuncture, weight loss and quitting smoking.
Juliana has studied both Chinese and western medicine degrees, completing her Bachelor of traditional Chinese medicine from Western Sydney University and Nanjing University, and a Master of Medicine in Science from the University of Sydney majoring in cancer and palliative care and Cancer science from the University of Melbourne. She gained her extensive clinical experience from the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney, various nursing homes and non-profit organizations in Victoria and New South Wales, as well as completing her Chinese medicine internship at the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM in China. Alongside her clinical practice, Juliana has a keen interest in diet therapy for general wellbeing and continuing her studies in exercise physiology in the areas of cancer and food as medicine.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys making dumplings and socializing at multicultural events.
