Lynn, a dedicated and compassionate clinical psychologist, brings extensive expertise in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. With a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology, Lynn's commitment to excellence is evident in her educational background. As a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and a board-approved supervisor, she upholds the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.

 

Passionate about empowering individuals to reach their optimal functional abilities, Lynn takes pride in working with individuals across diverse personal circumstances. From anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD to relationship and adjustment issues, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, physical health concerns, disability (both physical and intellectual), building parents' capacity, and neurodevelopmental disorders like ASD and ADHD, Lynn specialises in a wide range of mental health presentations.

 

Taking a holistic approach, Lynn tailors her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. She utilizes evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Informed therapy. This diverse skill set allows Lynn to provide comprehensive and effective treatment plans that promote healing, growth, and resilience.

She also excels in addressing various mental health presentations, including dual diagnoses.
