Krystel has been a registered psychologist for over 10 years, with experience across a variety of community, educational, tertiary, and private settings. She strives to create a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel seen, safe, and heard.
 

Krystel’s therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that clients possess the capacity to develop insight and awareness into their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. This, in turn, enables them to make positive changes in their emotional wellbeing, relationships, and overall needs.
 

Using a range of evidence-based approaches, Krystel integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care, Neuroaffirming Practice, Health At Every Size (HAES) frameworks, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support her clients in a compassionate and holistic way.

She may also offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) where clinically appropriate and within her current scope of practice.
