Accessible, ethical, and transparent mental health care.

At Rosewood Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality psychological services at fair and competitive rates. Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations or missed appointments delay your therapy progress, take away a session from another client in need and result in lost time and preparation for your psychologist.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures we can offer your time slot to someone on our waiting list.
Cancellation Fees
Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments: Full consultation fee will apply
No Medicare rebate is available for cancelled sessions.
For Monday appointments, notice must be given by 12:00 PM Saturday.
******That being said; we understand that life happens! If there are extenuating circumstances, management will review your case on an individual basis.
