
Uyen (Winnie) Pham
Registered Psychologist
Winnie is a registered psychologist who has more than 14 years experience and practice. She began her psychology career as a counsellor with the Victoria Aboriginal Health Services.
She brings a sense of compassion, humour, respect and honesty to her work and is passionate about helping individuals to overcome and transition through challenges, particularly at critical and vulnerable stages of their lives.
Winnie offers clients strategies that facilitate change and empower their potential by drawing on a range of psychological approaches such as, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existential, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). She also provides psycho-education in the counselling process.
Winnie sees clients with a broad range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, PTSD and is experienced working with refugees. She is able to provide counselling services in English as well as Vietnamese and works with youth and adults.
Lynn Ng
Clinical Psychologist
Lynn is a clinical psychologist who specialises in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has completed a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology, She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She is also a board approved supervisor. Lynn is passionate about working with individuals across age groups as she enjoys supporting individuals to achieve their best functional abilities, regardless of personal circumstances.
Lynn specialises in a variety of mental health presentations (e.g. Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD), relationship/adjustment issues, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, physical health issues, disability (e.g. physical and intellectual), building parents capacity and neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. ASD, ADHD). Lynn employs a holistic approach when working with clients, specifically tailored to their individual needs. Her main therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Family Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment Based Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Informed therapy. Over the course of her career, Lynn has developed a wide range of psychological skills including assessment, formulation, diagnosis, consultation, risk assessment, and expertise in working with a variety of treatments across settings and various cultural backgrounds.

Lien (Lily) Phan
Registered Psychologist
Lily is a registered psychologist with over 7 years of field experience working with children and parents, adolescents, adults, and families in private practice, hospital and community settings. In addition to providing individual therapy, Lily also has an interest in facilitating psychoeducational and therapeutic groups for children and adults.
Lily speaks fluent English, Vietnamese and conversational Mandarin Chinese, and has a good understanding of Vietnamese and Chinese culture and family dynamics.
She is a warm and engaging therapist who works with the best interests of the client in mind, guided by their individual strengths and needs, whilst respecting their values, resources, and capacity for choice. As such, psychological treatment is tailored to the individual, and Lily draws from evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy.

Bilyana Riley
Clinical Psychologist
Bilyana is a registered Clinical Psychologist, with expertise in psychopathology and 20 years’ experience treating a wide range of clinical presentations. She is a principled practitioner with highly developed communication skills, and is always focused on achieving goals and outcomes.
Her early interest in mental health began in the nursing profession, before embarking on a long course of study to become a clinical psychologist. She has in public mental and private mental health, assessing and treating individuals with complex presentations, from mild to severe conditions. She consults wide range of clients, including first responders/ trauma sufferers, personality disorders and chronic suicidal individuals. She later took on new and varied roles in pain clinics, NGO, and corporate settings.
Bilyana consults on a wide range of disorders including anxiety and mood based conditions, OCD, eating disorders, schizophrenia, trauma and stress conditions, workplace issues and relationship problems. She consults predominantly an adult population, including couples, and uses evidenced based and targeted treatments, including Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
Her special interests include trauma responses, all anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders/traits and the health benefits of work.
Akriti (Aki) Shrestha
Registered Psychologist
Akriti Shrestha (Aki) is a registered General Psychologist with a Masters in Psychology (Counselling Psychology). She has had experience working in both private and public communities with families and individuals, regarding complex situations pertaining to trauma, abuse, neglect, and family violence. She has worked with individuals of all age groups- from teenagers to older adults. She has also had experience completing Intelligence tests for children and has successfully conducted parenting programs aimed at helping parents of teenagers.
Aki works from a client-centered perspective and draws from a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based approaches and Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Trauma-based Therapy, and Schema therapy. Aki is committed to working alongside clients using various approaches to suit the unique needs of the clients and discover the best possible outcome for the client.
